morning got this stupid sky ladder.. so super tiring. and its not really tat high.. but it jsut kick ur strength away...

the afternoon part is where the fun really begin...

got to climb those 2 rope obstacle, one at top and one at bottom. not cool?
plus its like 6 floor up. no cool enuff?
u have to do it across a great water body! like 50m across! still not cool?
how abt letting go right in the middle?

next we have flying fox! across the same 50m wide water body! now. tat is sooo way cool...
