finally got my silver for ippt..

or i hope i did, not sure abt my running tho, cuz like quite close to silver timing. just hope i get it la. hah. after all my 'training'.. if not like quite waste time.

apparently, i may get sent to do shift work again. im not exactly complaining... but why cant they send me todae? grrr.. this week looong weekend leh.
