downside of it all, we may not get our 1.2k pay afterall. after all their bs of averaging 800 kids they estimated a mere 700 for insurance which is like. wtf?

how bad can u run something when u have like months to prepare but onli rushed the logistic out 3 daes b4 actual camp?

not to mention they are gonna put off the next wave of camps logistic items to.. yes, the fridae before all hell break lose.

so... how are we gonna handle last min request, last min registration, last min admendments and last min logistic AT THE SAME LAST MIN TIME? its just drive pple nuts. i mean, JUST TAKE ALL THE STUFFS OUT LA. why wait for NEXT WEEK to prepare for NEXT WEEK?

and they expect us to know-it-all. with 14 years of exp of cuz they ass-u-me some things to be done. but hey, we are first timers? don expect us to suddenly understand ur whole business module operandi. give us clearer instruction. half the time i don know wat the heck im doing. just sift out information like 'i nid 4 copies of tat' form a loooong chain of instruction and just do and hope for the best that they would sort it out themselves.

but its a good learning experience. its like 'Now tats a negative example' screaming all over my head. and their database cmi sia. its call database for a reason, why make so many different kind? cant they just put it all together? zzz

and church stuff is driving me nuts. waiting for brenda to call me. zzz.
